Sculptural centre-piece planter. This piece, one of two, has a clean finish and fluted edge that let the glazes glide over the clay surface.
Reactive glazes, sponsored by Mayco, flow across the surface to mimic a deep ocean tone, creating dynamic colours and textures. Additionally, the glazes contain crystals designed to resemble barnacles, which are occasionally seen on oyster shells. Waste oyster shells provided by the Wright Bros. restaurants in London.
